The absence of any angling pressure has allowed the carp to grow undisturbed. Their weight lies between 9 kg (19lb) and 27.2 kg (60lb) with the average weight about 16 kg (35lb).
The lake is restocked every year and we expect to have a maximum of 800 big carp in the next couple of years.
